It includes a Proprietary Silicone Blend formula that is scented with Lemon Essential Oil with a Freeze Point -55℉.

Leaky Toilet Seal Instructions:
Remove water from toilet bowl first. Then Day 1 & Day 2 - pour 1/2 oz. in toilet bowl over the toilet seal and leave in overnight. Day 3 - pour remaining 1 oz. in toilet bowl over the toilet seal and leave until next use.
Storing / Winterizing Instructions:
Empty water from bowl then pour 1 oz. in toilet bowl over the toilet seal and leave until next use. Maintain every 6 months to keep your RV / Marine toilet seal in great working condition.
