OUTHOUSE® Flat Valve Toilet Seal Cap with Conditioner

Our New Patent-Pending OUTHOUSE® Flat Valve Toilet Seal Cap is a product that solves and restores a leaky toilet seal and unwanted odors that can come up from the holding tank through your toilet in a couple of easy steps. It helps prolong the life of the toilet seal and restores leaky toilet seals, by allowing OUTHOUSE® Toilet Seal Conditioner to be absorbed into the foam of the OUTHOUSE® Flat Valve Toilet Seal Cap and saturate the toilet seal continually. It also caps off the toilet seal valve / flap while your RV is being stored keeping the unwanted odors out of your RV. The fractionated coconut oil that is used in the OUTHOUSE® Toilet Seal Conditioner is anti-rancid and will prevent the foam on the Cap from going rancid when storing the Cap for later use again.

Leaky Toilet Seal Instructions:
Clean toilet bowl. Empty water from toilet bowl. Pour a 2 oz. bottle of OUTHOUSE® Toilet Seal Conditioner on the toilet seal. Pull OUTHOUSE™ Toilet Seal Cap lid out of its container and insert it to the toilet seal flap / valve. Then twist the Cap 1/4 of turn. Leave in for at least 3 days uninterrupted or as long as you like until your next use. Store the Cap in its container when not using.

Storing / Winterizing Instructions:
Clean toilet bowl. Empty water from toilet bowl. Pour 1 oz. / half of a bottle of OUTHOUSE® Toilet Seal Conditioner on the toilet seal. Pull OUTHOUSE™ Toilet Seal Cap lid out of its container and insert it to the toilet seal flap / valve. Then twist the Cap 1/4 of turn. Leave in until your next use. Store the Cap in its container when not using.

Emptying Holding Tank Instructions:
Clean toilet bowl. Empty water from toilet bowl. Pull OUTHOUSE™ Toilet Seal Cap lid out of its container and insert it to the toilet seal flap / valve. Then twist the Cap 1/4 of turn. Empty Holding Tank. Store the Cap in its container when not using.
